nishantsharma.co.uk is the personal website of Nishant Sharma (“I”, “me”). It tells my personal story and describes businesses I am involved with. Contact: nishant@rosslyndistillery.com.

Unless stated otherwise, I own or am licensed to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including the text, story, design and layout, the narrative illustrations, the photographs, and the selection and arrangement of content. These rights are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international treaties.
Names, logos and marks of Rutland Square Spirits, Rosslyn Distillery and SPIRITUS Capital belong to the relevant companies and are used with permission. Third-party material, such as the proposed design render by Organic Architects, photographs credited to others, and the titles of press articles, remains the property of its owners.
3. What you may and may not do
You may view the website, print or download extracts of single pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, share links to it, and quote short extracts with clear attribution where the law allows (for example fair dealing for criticism, review or news reporting).
You may not, without my prior written permission: copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or distribute any content; use any content commercially; remove copyright or other notices; use any illustration, photograph or the family crest; or use the website to train, test or develop artificial-intelligence systems, or extract its content by text or data mining, scraping or other automated means. To the extent permitted by law, I expressly reserve all rights in relation to text and data mining.
You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its servers, interfering with its operation, or introducing malicious code. Doing so may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
4. Illustrations and photographs
Narrative illustrations interpret the story; they do not document exact events. Archive photographs, product renders and scanned book pages are labelled as such. See About the illustrations.

The website is provided for general information about my life and work. It is not advice of any kind. Statements about plans, projects and future intentions describe aims, which may change and are not commitments. While I aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, I make no promise that it is complete, accurate or current.

SPIRITUS Capital Fund I, SPIRITUS UK Holdings Limited, Rutland Square Spirits Ltd and Rosslyn Distillery Ltd are separate legal entities. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or invitation to invest, or financial advice. The website is not a financial promotion and is not intended to invite or induce anyone to engage in investment activity. Any investment opportunity would be offered only to eligible persons through separate, appropriate documentation.
7. Alcohol
The website refers to alcoholic drinks. It is intended for adults of legal drinking age (18 or over in the UK) and is not directed at anyone under 18. Please enjoy responsibly: drinkaware.co.uk.
